To my knowledge the current test as of 20260331 does not indicate which Mini MP3 player type.
To my knowledge the current test as of 20260331 does not indicate that the Mini MP3 Player might be socked backwards.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Improve reporting.
Here is example code which identifies the Mini MP3 player type as DFRobot or TD5580A.

Additionally the BUSY Idle State: reports LOW when module is plugged in backwards.

if the dfplayer module does not initiate and respond, can we add a serial print asking the tester to visually inspect the orientation of the dfplayer?
