Relay list does not persist for my profile across all Primal apps

I’m experiencing a profile-specific relay list issue on all Primal apps, this is happening for over a year, if not more.

On npub1t3gd5yefglarhar4n6uh34uymvft4tgu8edk5465zzhtv4rrnd9sg7upxq, relay list changes, does not stick in Primal:

• when I reset relays, they appear briefly then disappear.
• when I manually update relays same behavior.
• on web app I always see just relay.primal.net
• on mobile apps no relay is shown

In other Nostr clients relay list behavior is normal, so this looks like a Primal issue.
