Create a build sheet #23

Description

@Pontiac76

Right now, I'm using a simple spreadsheet to print off build sheets, manually write down the QRs and components on the sheet, then go to the computer to manually add the basic components in.

This has become really tedious in machines that have a lot of components.

So for now, the build sheet as a spreadsheet can continue, but getting something to easily transfer into the database is a must.

For easier pen-to-paper management, I'll probably dump a sheet to the default browser and the browser can do the printing to the printer with the appropriate content instead of relying on 3rd party software.

The spreadsheet currently has things not related to a PC case itself, but also includes keyboard/mouse/monitors/etc, which isn't really needed ATM.

The option to have multiple build sheets, though, is going to be available, and through the new form, I'll be able to print of sheets that have all the external peripherals, or, just concise details about the contents of the PC case, or, whatever I want/need for specialty systems, etc.
