Small Memory Leak on Image Reload

Need to figure out why there's a memory leak when swapping between a build that has images and a build that has no images.  The memory load goes up by a few meg each swap, but there's no detectable change (Based on Task Manager) in when switching between builds that have no images.

Suspicion is to how/when we're doing image conversions, but still needs deeper analysis.
