Update P96 tutorial

Following things in tutorial are wrong/missing/outdated

• Remove Emu68-vc4.card name, this was legacy and should not be followed by new users
• Update screenshots to reflect the VideoCore.card name
• Provide link to paid version of P96 (iComp)
• Provide two paths - using old version from Aminet and new from iComp
