compat: ink (React TUI) end-to-end CI job

Compile a canonical ink program via perry.compilePackages in CI as a regression guard. This is the CI-job counterpart to #348 (which tracks the underlying e2e compatibility work).

Tried compiling the new ink e2e scaffold under v0.5.914. Two distinct linker gaps:

1. uuid (v4) fails to compile: default export name not wired up under compilePackages #837 — `default` export wrapper not emitted (`ink/build/components/Text.js`). Same root cause as the uuid case in uuid (v4) fails to compile: default export name not wired up under compilePackages #837.
2. side-effect-only module loaded via await import() link-fails: namespace symbol referenced but never emitted #842 — side-effect-only module loaded via `await import('./devtools.js')` has no namespace object emitted.

Both are clean repros now — fixing either moves the ink e2e closer to passing, and #842 fixes a more general dynamic-import-side-effect pattern that affects many other packages.

Compile invocation also surfaced: `perry main.tsx` (no subcommand) errors with `unrecognized subcommand 'main.tsx'` — `.tsx` only works via the explicit `compile` subcommand. Filing a separate doc-or-CLI issue for that is probably worth it for the ergonomics, but lower priority than the two linker gaps.

@TheHypnoo Think this through with me: My previous attempts to compile ink were all a bit "yes, kinda works but not great". mostly because of a lot of JS-heavy and anti AOT patterns. So the more native perry/tui packages aim to replace that and make it better.

I'm not quite sure, I think there is value in compiling ink programs well but what's your take on this?

Taking this one. PR cut: wire the existing tests/release/packages/ink-link-smoke fixture into CI as an extended/tag/manual Ink compilePackages smoke, with a small workflow-doc update and local YAML/shell validation. No broader #348 runtime/render fixes in this slice.
