Handle Categories endpoints and logic

- Handle getting user categories from BE side based on logged in user from BE and mobile
- Handle adding new category in BE and mobile
- Handle edit Category name from BE and mobile
- Make sure every screen use the correct endpoint and logic associated with handling user categories
