[Fix] Change max validator number from 64 to 80 in tokenomics page

Description

Max validator count in active set is now 80, but tokenomics page still shows 64 as the max active validator count.

Expected Behavior

All docs including tokenomics page should be updated to reflect 80 as the max validator count in active set.
