Best place to propose a talk idea?

Hey folks,

I'm super excited to see this React community coming together. Are the Issues on this repo the best place to propose a future meetup talk idea? Or, is the YOWDev slack a better place for that?

That's a great question! The slack channel is a good place to start, but I've also created another repo dedicated to talk propositions here: https://github.com/OttawaReactJS/talks

We'll be ironing things out as we go, so this might move around, but thanks for the question!
