As a contributor without any knowledge about ezbake, I would love to test changes in openvox-server/openvoxdb, before merging it

openvox-server/openvoxdb support the EZBAKE_BRANCH environment variable to pass a custom ezbake branch: https://github.com/OpenVoxProject/openvoxdb/blob/main/tasks/build.rake#L62
I think it would be helpful if this would a parameter for the build workflow
