The dedicated Versions + Expansions tab in the repository page — showing version rows, each with its associated default expansion and resolved repo versions.

Scope

• Tab appears on both Source and Collection repository pages
• Two-panel layout: version list (left) + version detail / expansion list (right)
• Version rows show: version ID, release state, created date, default expansion, resolved repo versions
• Create Version and Create Expansion CTAs wired to existing CTA / Repository / Create version #1980 and CTA / Expansion / Create ($expand) #1984
• Staleness indicator for expansions (per manage-versions-and-expansions.md)

Status

Tab route exists in oclweb3 but is not rendered in RepoHome — the tab is unreachable in the current UI. Requires implementation.
