Overview

The proposal submission flow — the form and workflow that allows an authenticated user to propose a new concept for a source that has proposals enabled.

Scope

• Entry point: Source page → "Propose Concept" CTA (visible when proposals are enabled for that source)
• Form fields mirror the concept authoring form; required fields enforced
• Submitter can track proposal status (Pending / Under Review / Accepted / Rejected)
• Notification sent on status change
• Parent Epic: Author: Concept Proposals #2434 (Author: Concept Proposals)
