Just collecting a couple items @hsorby and I have discussed via email:

• specify how many time steps should be uploaded in expected_results/ (suggestion: first, last and two more random time steps)
• establish a repository with data files, such as input meshes, for sharing across multiple examples
• specify how to deal with input files (relative or absolute path; via command line?)
