openCONFIGURATOR under Linux (different Boost versions)

OpenConfigurator is build against a defined version of Boost under a Linux OS. We need to provide a proper solution for a variable Boost setup. This issue is reported multiple times on SourceForge: https://sourceforge.net/p/openconf/discussion/help/thread/30ad0304/?limit=25

We need to provide at least a guide within the user manual that is applicable on any Linux OS.
