the trained mask has a deviation in original image

I create a dataset with 1280*720 PNGs，and test use this project。after trained 217 epoches，the result is {'bbox AP': 0.1, 'mask AP': 0.0}.
and use eval program. I find the trained mask has a deviation in origal image( the mask is lefter and upper on the object). could you pls tell me what's the mistake happened with me ?
