Description of issue
Exosuit pilots share their slowdown with their exosuit; meaning being hungry, injured or having heavy armour on will result in the mech becoming as slow as your person.
Difference between expected and actual behavior
Expected: Exosuits to be not affected by a pilot's walking speed.
What happened: If you're hurt, hungry or even wearing slowing armor the exosuit will also be slowed to a crawl.
Steps to reproduce
Spawn a preferably quick exosuit (or VE it's legs to have less move_delay.)
Walk around in the exosuit at full health. Note the speed.
Either injure yourself or VE your clothing to have slowdown, then try using the exosuit.
Length of time in which bug has been known to occur
Unknown, likely since Europa/Bay mechs have been in the code.
Client version, Server revision & Game ID
Revision unknown
