Contributing to Pygmalion / C.R.I.S.T.A.L.L.

Thank you for your interest in contributing.

This project is not only code — it is a social-technological research initiative.

How You Can Contribute

1. Code

  • Frontend (React)
  • Offline version (HTML / CSS / JS)
  • Visualization & UX for non-monetary accounting

2. Research

  • ethics of non-monetary systems
  • noonomy & post-economic models
  • trust, gratitude, and participation metrics

3. Documentation

  • improving clarity of White / Black papers
  • translations
  • examples & use-cases

Contribution Principles

  • Respect human dignity
  • No coercive mechanics
  • No hidden monetization
  • No dark patterns
  • No gamification that creates dependency

If a contribution violates these principles, it will not be accepted.

Process

  1. Fork the repository
  2. Create a feature or research branch
  3. Submit a Pull Request with clear explanation
  4. Engage in discussion if needed

Communication

  • Use GitHub Discussions for ideas
  • Use Issues for concrete problems
  • Be respectful and constructive
