Github actions build workflow

Add github actions to build for the assorted platforms (Android/Windows/Linux) so releases can automatically have these added.

Additional Context

It might be a bit harder to build for some such as iOS and Mac and those may still need to be manual

I found this action although I am not sure how signing flutter apps normally is done or if this supports it https://github.com/subosito/flutter-action

Looks like these are implemented with https://github.com/Nutcake/ReCon/pull/64/files#diff-94885f6ca9b9cd43afd81303ebf4f18a6572d40fec2c85624999644fbe7e4b66 if it is working. Workflow hasn't yet been used

Yep, these actions were created by Kodufan. They look sane but I didn't want to run them yet since running this workflow will create a new release which should automatically display an update popup in the app so I wanted to make sure there were actually changes in the new build before using it.
I'll close this issue once I'm sure the new workflow actually functions correctly.

Probably best to have it create a draft release or similar so it isn't automatically showing for an update in the app. Also for a brief manual review that it worked correctly and checking info

It looks like this works now, trying to build the release in my latest github branch based off current main. @Nutcake try running the manual workflow that I added. It should give you the option to run it manually now.

Here's the run. Android build fails only due to a missing key, which your repository should have, and the other builds succeed just fine.
