Add the ability to refresh contacts

Currently, the only way to refresh contacts is by restarting the app completely.

I'll add a bit on this, it seems like the contact list eventually just stops updating after a while (not sure how long) just having the app in the background. The only way to get it to 'refresh' is fully restarting the application.
