README update: add information about wallet creation and correct default wallet creds #5

Problem
Users rightfully follow the current README to the letter which creates some problems:
- The README does not state that creating a custom wallet is necessary for devnet participants
- The README still references the 'default' wallet with an outdated address and its private key in the Installation section
To Do
- Add a link to https://docs.nil.foundation/nil/getting-started/nil-101 and suggest that wallet creation is necessary for using the plugin
- Remove credentials of default wallet from the README
