Integrate pluGET into AutoPlug

I think everything pluGET does AutoPlug already does, see specifically this: Osiris-Team/AutoPlug-Client#198

From overlooking your mentioned issue the .check plugin <name> functionality is missing from AutoPlug.
pluGET can update every plugin or only one specific one with the command:

check [all/pluginName]

                    AL.info(".install plugin <name> | Installs a new plugin by its name over spigot (.ip)");
                    AL.info(".install plugin spigot|bukkit|modrinth <id> | Installs a new plugin via id (.ip)");
                    AL.info(".install plugin github <author>/<name> (optional <asset-name>) | Installs a new plugin via github (.ip)");
                    AL.info(".install mod <name> | Installs a new mod by its name (.im)");
                    AL.info(".install mod modrinth|curseforge <id> | Installs a new mod via id (.im)");
                    AL.info(".install mod github <author>/<name> (optional | Installs a new mod via github (.im)");

If you are interested and have some free time, it would be very cool to see a PR from you for these:

• .install mod pack <name/curseforge-mod-pack-id> saves the current mod-pack and installs a new one.
• .install plugin pack <autoplug-plugin-pack-id> saves the current plugin-pack and installs a new one.
• .install datapack <name/curseforge-id> downloads and installs a new datapack into ./datapacks for all worlds.

Regarding the plugin pack, it could have a similar meta data format as the curseforge mod packs, to list the required plugins.
