Dependencies installation failure on Bazzite

On Bazzite during the last step of game installation, an error pops up:

When clicking "Yes" it opens the microsoft .net download page. The error appears 3 times.
xna40 and vcrun2019 always install successfully. dotnet48 and vcrun2015 always fail to install. Some games work just fine, some require dotnet48 won't run.

could you please provide some games that require dotnet48 which you are having trouble with?

I am having the same issue with games such as; Road craft and snow runners. I have vcrun2015 always installing but vcrun2019 always failing on some games. Xna40 is always successful.

im having this issue as well, installed the dotnet48 dependency doesn't work properly and the xalia.exe error (original picture) pops up. Tried this with two different games (ball x pit and raccoin), also using Bazzite

To clarify this issue, some games do not run (like Forza Horizon 5 and Death Stranding 2). Some games give an error upon launching, but still run after dismissing the error dialog.

for the games I played the game still launches fine after getting rid of the error, it's just the downloading that's buggy for me
