A plugin adding some extra small features

Features

Allow Zombies to convert when either hurting someone or killing them
Make certain damage types cause the player to bleed until cured

Installation

Download the latest release from the Releases page.
Place the downloaded SCPFeatures.dll file in your EXILED Plugins folder
