Automate schema in rule_mapping

Automating the schema in rule_mapping for umm-c, umm-g, echo-c, echo-g, and dif10 using the following repositories:

Description of the ticket: We want to make sure that the schema format listed in the rule_mapping.json aligns with the umm-c.json, umm-g, echo-c, echo-g, and dif10. For reference, the schema files are listed in the current folder. Instead of manually reviewing each rule in the rule_mapping.json, we want to write an automated script that performs the checks.
