Description of the bug: In the collection (umm-c), the metadata specification is outdated due to a version mismatch. PyQuARC works for the umm-c schema 1.18.1, but the schema has been updated to 1.18.2 and most recently, 1.18.3. To fix this bug, we would want the code to read the updated umm-c schema from the Earthdata website, rather than copying the latest schema (.json) file into the PyQuARC directory. This will ensure that the upcoming schema revisions and checks to be semi-manually assessed. There is also a possibility to include multiple umm-c schemas, which can avoid this issue.

Fix will include code changes in schema_validatory.py, checker.py, and utils.py
