Bump Next.js (v14 minor / v15 ?) version

We are fairly behind on minor release versions on v14, it would be advisable to bump it to v14.2.20 or higher.

The patched version for a critical vulnerability would be 14.2.25 - though this is not affecting this project as we do not use any authorization checks.

We should consider upgrading to the lastest version!

When trying to upgrade Next.js to the latest version (^15.2.4) I ran into a couple of issues. Listing them here for whoever continues the challenge:

• The dynamic imports are failing after the upgrade, but can be "fixed" with a hack of setting ssr: !!false

• Somehow, the @devseed-ui/collecticons package is, when compiled, using 'hasOwnProperty' on undefined... I did not get very far into debugging what is going on, this is the error:

This is interesting because we do not even use collecticons, only the theme-provider.
