Track HACS submission after brands PR is accepted

Context

HACS submission is currently blocked because Home Assistant brands submissions are not being accepted yet (home-assistant/brands#9737).

Goal

Submit this integration to HACS once the brands dependency is unblocked.

Blocking dependency

• home-assistant/brands PR #9737 is merged

Submission checklist

• Confirm custom_components/fansync_ble/manifest.json version matches the release tag
• Create/publish GitHub release for the target version
• Run and verify CI: tests, hassfest, and hacs workflow
• Submit HACS integration request

Current first release tag prepared locally: v0.1.0.
