Adds a GitHub Actions CI workflow at
.github/workflows/ci.ymlthat installs the package with itsdevextra and runs the existing pytest suite across Python 3.10-3.13 on push and pull request tomain.This is purely additive and non-breaking: no existing source, tests, or configuration are modified. It only introduces a new workflow file to give the project automated test coverage on every change.
