Basic file format for import should be as follows

Division Values (Case Insensitive)

• Co-Ed Division [ C \ Coed \ Co-ed ]
• Alumni Division [ A \ Alumni ]

Optional Data

Time formats (any number of decimal precision acceptable)

• [hh:][mm:]ss.ss (e.g. 01:00:05.234, 3:20, 45.23, 75:00.00)
• ssss.ss (5.23, 123.12, 145, 1500.00005)
  Implementation Note: Unbalanced Times should be rejected (hours given and minutes > 60, etc)

Distance Formats

• With unit (35 cm, 150.002 mm, 22.12 in, 14 ft, 240 mi)
• Without unit (150, 25, 4.00005)
  When units are not given they should be given in cm
