Neurips Eval Patch

Hi @MrigankRaman! I don't think I have access to push to your repo in a branch, so I created a patch with the changes for eval. To apply it, go to your main branch, unzip the file, and git apply neurips_file.patch. If you grant me access, I can also push this to a branch.

The main changes are:

• HuggingFace adapter checkpoints instead of local files from my trained artifacts:

• changing the python version in one of the training scripts.
