  • Confirmed mimo.ts lines 102 and 162 now have English strings ("Browser Login", "Complete authorization...")

  • Fixed #561 (actor tool): Added z.preprocess to auto-parse stringified operation field in JSON mode. Shell mode had recoverActorArgs but JSON-mode calls bypassed shellWrap entirely. Also added formatValidationError with actionable guidance.
  • Fixed #542 (auto-read): Added experimental.auto_read_before_edit config option (boolean, default false). When enabled, injects a system prompt instruction enforcing read-before-edit pattern.
  • Fixed #540 (welcome tip): Added high-priority welcome tip (weight 60) to home screen rotation. i18n in EN/ZH/ZHT.
  • Fixed remaining hardcoded Chinese: local.tsx (mimo-auto label), mimo.ts (browser login + instructions), home.tsx (comment), plugin/index.ts (comment), session/prompt.ts (comment).
  • Left voice.ts Chinese system prompt untouched — it's intentional for bilingual voice input processing.

  • Config loading preserves environment via mergeDeep
  • No code bug found — the env passing logic is correct
