Since the release of 1.10.0, when starting a new game all of the levels are unlocked by default.
This in and of itself wouldn't be an issue, but the level that is selected/highlighted by default when loading the level select screen is always the final level, which is a bit jarring.
I've tested this on both the web build and downloadable release build for both Windows and Linux.
I've confirmed that this does not happen on build 1.0.5
It also seems that, if I create/generate a fresh save file from 1.0.5 and then move it into the new save directory that 1.10.0 uses, the level select behaves normally on 1.10.0.
