Bare Necessities pack has custom cow model with no texture

Bare necessities pack has a custom cow model but doesn't contain the referenced texture. Bare Necessities probably shouldn't have custom models for cow or bed since that goes against the nature of only containing absolutely necessary rerouting.

should note that this might also be a 1.21.5+ only issue since the fallback cow.png is now temperate_cow.png
