License text should be clarified

This code requires dependency https://github.com/Mistralys/application-utils which is GPL version 3 so logically this software should be considered as GPL version 3, too, not CC-0.

Update: I have switched this library to an MIT license. The Application Utils package will be migrated to an MIT license as well to keep them compatible.
