Capes appear to be invisible

What happened?
The capes are all invisible for some reason

Steps to reproduce

1. open up game
2. go to change capes
3. the capes are invisible

Expected behavior
i should be able to see the capes, the idea of them is not enough

Yeah this was being worked on as whisper left, in the rewrite we will reimplement this
