Add the missing 2021-2022, 2023-2024 and 2025-2026 leaderboards #3357
Description
I have previously had the discussion about the issue of some questions overlapping on several leaderboards but never in any of them. Right now for instance there are more and more questions that are over 2025 and 2026 and have no leaderboards.
Obviously there's also the very long timescale questions but it seems less problematic imo as those have a distinct goal and not many people intend (or will be able) to see them to resolution. They're more here to be "open knowledge".
On a short timescale though, I feel like there's an expectation they should bring points. Of course this is not a big issue but I wanted to know where you stand on this as it could impact some of my forecasting choices.
