NIWA's configuration needs some updating to run properly, particularly after the change to data-time cycling. Likewise, the METPlus includes for graphing and definition of METPlus tasks also need some updating.

Re-using this issue, as it is superseded now, to push the changes to the MET Tasks apps after the changes to the bakes tasks scheduling and preparing to accept configuration from other sites.
