Links to headers sometimes work correctly only after page refresh

Similar as described in #602

Sometimes (not always), when I click on a link that contains a specific header (e.g. https://merginmaps.com/docs/setup/install-mergin-maps-plugin-for-qgis/#plugin-configuration ), the referenced paged does not display the specific section. The correct page opens, but the position on the page is different. After refreshing the page, it is displayed correctly, with the referenced header on top of the displayed portion of the page.

As example:
On https://merginmaps.com/docs/manage/plugin/ , I used the link used in the Mergin Maps toolbar in QGIS section to https://merginmaps.com/docs/setup/install-mergin-maps-plugin-for-qgis/#plugin-configuration . It is displayed as follows (note that wrong section is highlighted on the right navigation panel):

When the page is reloaded, it is displayed correctly:

If I repeat this process (so I go from https://merginmaps.com/docs/manage/plugin/ to https://merginmaps.com/docs/setup/install-mergin-maps-plugin-for-qgis/#plugin-configuration once again), it works without the need to reload the page.

I had a brief look at this recently, it seems that images are rendered after the view jumps to the correct header, pushing the view below. It should work fine on pages without images.
We need to raise this in Vitepress
