Scratchy Stuff extension library doesn't load extensions

Under Scratchy Stuff > SS Extension Library, the only extensions that load are Mesh and Scratch Cloud.

Everything else doesn't load anything, clicking it does nothing.

I'm running Firefox with Greasemonkey, if that helps.

Is it something I'm doing wrong?

Using the CookieVars extension as an example.

The URL (http://git.io/FDQ7) displays a valid userscript, but loading from the library or by URL doesn't work.

Do they use something Greasemonkey can't?
