Vampire not working with mc spigot version 1.13.2

Massivecore version 2.14.0

Server Version: CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-a1f2566-282dad1 (MC: 1.13.2) (Implementing API version 1.13.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)

Steps to Reproduce this Bug

1. Had all the required items in inventory, 1 mushroom soup, 10 bones, 10 gunpowder and 10 redstone with proper Altar of Darkness setup
2. Clicked on the Altar of Darkness with all those items in 1.
3. Incomplete of Altar of Darkness, blocks missing: 5 LegacyDeadBush (Altar properly setup with all the required items)

hi i got the same issus i know some stuff about plugins codding i could give it a try about the DEAD_BUSH Id in the dark altar code. im working on a working solution ill let you know if it worked for me.

I think the dev basically abandoned the project, which is sad. I've jumped on-board with another vampirism plugin and encouraging the dev of it because Minecraft needs vampires.
