renaming of examples?

Maybe we could rename the examples to make it clearer what they do? 

I was thinking of a formatIn_formatOut.java convention. For example:

ReadWriteCrosslinkCsvWithJami.java becomes CrosslinkCsvIn_XmlOut.java,
ReadWriteHtmlWithJami.java becomes XmlOrMitabIn_HtmlOut.java,
etc

thoughts?
