Thanks for the request — this is a good one, and the timing is right: Apple only opened medication data to third-party apps with the HealthKit medications API in iOS 26, so this recently became technically possible at all. Before that, medications logged in the Health app were simply invisible to apps like ours.

To scope it properly, a few questions about how you use it:

1. Where do your medications live today? Do you log them directly in Apple Health (with its own reminders), or does another app write them there?
2. What matters most to you — a one-time import of the medication list (names, strengths, schedules) so you don't have to re-enter everything in HealthLog, a continuous sync of intake events (dose taken/skipped), or both?
3. Which direction? Only Apple Health → HealthLog, or would you also expect doses you mark in HealthLog to appear back in Apple Health?
4. Which iOS version are you on, and do you use the HealthLog iOS app (TestFlight) or the web app on the phone?

Some honest context on the moving parts: HealthLog's medication model is quite rich (flexible schedules, intake windows, a traceable dose ledger the compliance rate is computed from), so mapping Apple's medication schedules and dose events onto that needs care — especially around who is the source of truth for a given medication, so you never get double reminders or a compliance rate that disagrees with what you actually did. The reading side would live in the iOS companion app (HealthKit is device-only), with additive server support behind it — similar to how the rest of the HealthKit sync works today.

No promises on timing yet, but with your answers we can cut this into something concrete. Thanks again for taking the time to file it!
