MGS3: Fix keyboard/mouse not working past final rank screen and collectibles

Feature Summary:

At the end of the MGS 3 there is screen showing your playtime, items used, your rank etc. For some unusual reason you can't go past this and collectibles screens with mouse or keyboard (I do have gamepad connected too). Only with gamepad you can move to the next screen and get collectibles, make final save game.
MGSHDFix 2.8.0, latest MGS3 European master collection version, Win 10, mouse + keyboard + gamepad.

Is your proposal related to a problem?

This problem was also reported on reddit and steam. I don't know if it is vanilla bug.

Make a workaround via MGSHDfix until Konami fixes it :)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternative is wait billion years for Konami to fix it, and I assume majority of players don't even play it with keyboard/mouse like me, but I assure everyone - it is very playable, you just need to increase mouse sensitivity in MGSHDfix.

This really isn't a bug per say, the screen is just doesn't have an indicator of what you're supposed to press to advance.

You just have to press F (the action button) to progress while on mouse/keyboard. (Some folks also say left-click -> F, in case you alt-tabbed during the credits sequence)

I've tried every button on keyboard and mouse, including left click and F, it did not work. Note that I have customized my ingame controls, my action button is E, but nothing worked, I also have controller plugged in.

You should try the enter + COC button. My MGS Rank menu is working to exit.

This is wild, pressing Enter + CQC button skipped final score screen and each of the collectible popups!

Can we have some sort of POPUP on the final score screen (+collectibles) that says what buttons to press? Nobody will ever figure this out on its own on keyboard (since you need to also press Enter first).
