Hey!

Seems like BluePoint messed up bloom (and possibly a transparency of godrays) In the final cutscenes, just like they did with The End boss-fight Introduction, but this was not fixed In Master Collection.

So here's the comparison:

And It looks like a window In a room Is overshiny too

Likely the other scenes are screwed too, e.g. The Granin death scene.
