I noticed that in the README.md it sounds as if non-commercial modification and use is allowed if attribution is provided, however the copyright notice in the LICENSE file says that all rights are reserved meaning no usage or modification is allowed.
I suggest adding a license to this project to clearly indicate what is and isn't allowed in this particular case I personally would suggest the CC BY-NC 4.0
