Running odin commands in bash

I am pretty sure I saw this somewhere but I can't find it anymore.
How can I run toolbox commands through ssh?

I think it has to do with
/api/v1/products/current/commands
Is there a way to generate a token and a corresponding cert in /opt/odin/core/engine/assets/tesla-services-command-ca.pem ?
