Description
Create a reusable milestone tracker component to visually represent project progress. The tracker should support dynamic updates and display milestone states such as Pending, In Progress, Submitted, Approved, and Paid.

Acceptance Criteria

• Reusable component for milestone tracking
• States supported: Pending, In Progress, Submitted, Approved, Paid
• Dynamic progress updates based on contract/project data
• Responsive design for desktop and mobile
• Clean, card‑based or stepper‑style UI for clarity
