Update chapter 2 by adding one example that needs additional packages

Related to #89:

• in Update to ROCm 7.0 container and remove SquashFS #92 we remove squashFS file from most chapters
• need to introduce an example with squashFS to chapter 2.0
• install some sensible package that is not in the "multitorch-full" container

@mitjasai @gregordecristoforo do you have a sensible example of a package that we could install? Problem is that we probably have most popular packages already in the container and that we might not want to use some complete nonsense for the example either.

If you can't come up with a package not already included in the container, you can show how to install a different version of an already included package instead. How to install a newer/older/different version of a package seems to be a recurring question from users.
