Using Legacy-iOS-Kit to bypass iPod touch 4th Gen 6.1.3 disabled screen

Hello, I have an iPod touch 4th Gen 6.1.3 that is disabled for over 24,000,000 minutes. I have been scouring the internet for solutions to this and have found nothing. The only solution I am hopeful for is this Kit. I am not very code-savvy and am not fully aware of the capabilities of this Kit, but I was wondering if it could be used to bypass this disabled screen or at the least retrieve my data from the iPod? And if so, what is the best way of going about this? Thank you.
