Inconsistent Patch Brightness and Contrast when Running vEMDiffuse-i

I am testing 1184*1184 images using vEMDiffuse-i, but when I stitch the output patches into a large image, there is an inconsistency in brightness and contrast. How can I adjust this, or are there any viable post-processing methods?

Hi. We used Imaris stitcher to stitch the outputs. There are some open source tools to adjust the bright and contrast for stitching in FIJI such as BigStitcher › Brightness/Contrast Adjustment. You can try it out.
